So I've listened to this a couple of times but now a days I've just been sleeping over the hypnosis. Is this how hypnosis works or am I ignoring the hypnosis and sleeping?

If you are not waking at the end of a file, you likely snoozed through it.
you don't want to listen to a file when you are tired. Try different times of the day if you can.

Honestly "The Diaper Does It" really affected me by making me have a urge to buy diapers. So long story short I was driving and in my head I just had an urge to wear a diaper on and so I went to a Walgreens to buy myself a diaper pack and wear one. I recommend "The Diaper Does It" for those that want to be in diapers.
