If you're planning to undergo SRS Summer, I wouldn't recommend this file. I'm no Doctor, but I'm pretty sure they use the skin from the penis shaft to make the vagina for mtf trans. Most would want more material to allow for a deeper vagina. It wouldn't make it impossible though.

I have started listening to the file on Saturday 26th October (10 days ago). I have always listened to Sarnoga's file twice a day: either in the morning (or afternoon, as soon as I come home from work) and in the evening before going to sleep.
