I can only speak as an impotent, tiny-dicked person here, so I can't really say too much about cumming or prejac as I'm incapable of either (I can see the attraction of prejac, though). Maybe others can add their thoughts there.

The issue as far as I can see from the list of cons is that most of them involve unknowns - eg you might change your mind (not impossible) or being judged for it (though who wants judgmental people in their life anyway?)
