So why aren't there any files to help women become men? e have penises becoming clits and testes becoming ovaries but why can't make any files the other way around?

There are...
look under "transformation" and "feminization"(strangely enough on the latter).

There simply aren't enough files of it to make a whole section out of, because some of the files turn your from one sex to another universally...
