Very excellent file, Sir. Thank You Always, Sir! Though I enjoy running wild lots of the time like I have ADD or ADHD; I don\'t. Having been hypnotized since the 1980s to focus my concentration at ease, my focus is usually a breeze to deal with. Yet I had to hear Your newest file. It\'s always exciting to hear your voice and words, but it\'s extra fun when there\'s new words to accept. This file was delightfully heavy; I love the multiple layers of surrender to all heard. Now I\'m just a bit curious to try Adderall, but I never get to a doctor unless I have to.

Wow. Sarnoga seems to be hitting his stride folks, so if you haven\'t taken the time to give his latest files a listen, do yourself a favor and set the time aside because they\'ve been nothing but winners. Seriously, make the most of your trance time and try these files.

If it didn\'t help get me in trance I would have never used it. I did not like the wording and I always thought that Ritalin was the poster medication for ADD and ADHD.

I\'ve been trying to trance for a number of years now without success (Analytic person with ADHD and chronic back pain... yeah) and this seems like my last hope before I give up completely. I\'ll post again in a month or so with results.

This was quite a nice experience. I do wish there was a more fem-aligned or gender neutral version for all the adderall girls out there, but I completely understand if that’s not your thing. Either way, great job !! This is probably the closest I’ve ever gotten to a full trance :)

As someone with ADHD (not medicated) and recently diving into the realm of hypnosis, this is genuinely the first experience I've had where I believe I was in a full trance. While I think the tone is a little focused on "ADHD *PLUS* ADDERALL/(meds)", this is still an incredibly effective at grabbing my subconscious attention while not being distracting. While I wholeheartedly enjoy files from a good friend of mine that introduced this all to me very recently, there is just something very special about the execution here. I was left astounded. The second time I actually fell asleep, and woke up wondering what had happened, and wound up with a day that was just more relaxed and focused than normal. The audio is unique, and a little startling at first, but this clicks so well with something in my brain, it may well remain an all-time favorite for many years to come. lately when using this file, I first listen to Follow Me as an extra induction to settle in and relax a bit more first, then this one at length. I've never felt so at ease, and I'm so eager for more of Sarnoga's special touch. THANK YOU!
